ura-bull,... Maybe, in conversations and interviews Wayne seemed pretty confident PEN was in the running though... time will tell. TBH the slow pace of even putting to use the $75m for this year doesn't fill me with hope that the US govt. will get their finger out any time soon so they'll probably get overtaken by Sprott in terms of any meaningful effect on the U price.
