Just reading this announcement and it appears even worse than first thought. Even if the facility is never utilised. ADV must pay:
1. $75,000 or 4m ADV shares; AND
2. Options exercisable at $0.028 to buy $2m of ADV shares. Have I got this right and has the company worded this in the best possible light? I think it might be a little misleading. Doesn't this mean, ADV is issuing 71.428m options to LSI? In other words, 71,428,571 options x $0.028 = $2m. What an interesting spin on things. Why wouldn't you just say, ADV is also issuing 71.428m options at $0.028? I'll tell you why, because that sounds disastrous.
