As for entitlement of 1 for 40, and free option at ridiculous exercise price,
don't think I will bother, which the "sophisticated investor's" are hoping for.
Let's see, 16,000 @ 1:40= 400, then pay for entitlement by bPay, and wait.
NAH. Go hard shorters, and I will buy more than my entitlement of 400
market, at whatever the "shortmen" get the SP down to. $1.04 maybe.
I'm not a sophisticated investor, so, my average down to be even, is another
3,200. That's 20% of current holdings, VWAP blah blah blah............
My broker will give a PRICE WARNING, and may not accept the order, as it
less than % of last closing price, blah, blah, blah.
That's the negativity out of the way. I believe ASM has a future, that's why I
invested in the company, but, time and time again, it seems CAPITAL RAISES,
are for the elite "sophisticated investors", pre-empting current holders.
If ASM gave me the option, I would have put another $50k in. NUP.
Recent entitlement offer subscribeb to, gave 6 for 7, plus option, and top up.
Won't be taking up the offer, will buy cheaper at market. GLTAH
