    I think the Nd/Pr price will come up. Not least because there is a direct linkage to superpower completion.
    Whether people want to acknowledge it or not.

    Further there is a question of the supply of gallium for gallium arsenide in chips and high-end radar sensors (e.g.SPY- 6). It's a shadow war (pun intended).
