LOIs are an an indication of interest. the actual final amount lent is dependent on all sorts of other factors. just because the letters say 1.5b in total doesn't mean the company will get 1.5b, nor does it mean each lender will actually participate in the final debt deal (for example, if ASM end up using solely US suppliers there is no way the canadian export lender will give ASM money).
no one is going to pay 20% based on project capex, that is just not how these deals are done. if you think a transaction on the same basis as the KCF deal for 20% of the project is going to get off the ground in 2024/25 when it couldn't be done in 2021-22 i think you're dreaming.
hyundai are still doing the EPCD . Bechtel is doing the FEED. i'm not aware the hyundai contract has been cancelled
