Aust...EFA $A 200M ..followed by Usa EXIM $A 932 M followed by Can ...EDC $A 400 M . So , allied Govts in Co-operation , indicating they will stump up in orderly fashion . Whether the European Union , Japan and South Korea ( on going talks in all places ) ...in Europe , the Australian/ Germany Trade alliance in ongoing discussions.

And ...given the shortage of processing capabilities in all these places ( perhaps lesser so in Japan , Soouth Korea and Germany ) it is fair to think a little further , that if one LOI materialises after due dilligence into Binding Letters of Agreement , the rest will follow .
ASM probably has to get these Offtake Agreements for the Zirconium /Niobium /Hafnium into place , in unison with the Rare Earths ...with their KMP Plant technology , the rare earths might now be the "easier "of them all .
The work and partnership with Bechtel in all these countries , USA in particular is no doubt being very helpful in this all coming...slowly..together .
