Its a LOAN , not a grant. The loan was always conditional for the BAM project from back in 2022. The whole purpose of the Ann in April this year was to announce it has been APPROVED to help fastrack the project, yes, the upstream mine and graphite concentrate part of the project. Basically the loan has ALWAYS been for the upstream part ( stage 1). Stage 2 will prob require a strategic investment partner.
And the Noosa presentation? They've made a mistake and haven't corrected from previous presentations ( happens quite a bit).
