To assist discussion, and after having read the announcement above, as well as the Quarterly Pg 4 paragraphs pertaining to the “Loan”, I agree the purpose for the loan is what is “Approved”, not the actual loan per se, although the loan final approval should now be a formality once RNU & EFA finalise due diligence and documentation for said loan.
Loan approval should follow as a matter of course, then funds available to commence draw down payments for construction of Upstream BAM works.
