That is INCORRECT. The loan was NEVER for the PSG facility. The PSG facility DIDN'T exist!!! No site, just the plan for stage 2. This fallacy is your mind about purpose!
Christ, I'd hate to be your boss! Now I AM getting frustrated. The loan was ALWAYS for the BAM project stage 1. The mine site ( graphite concentrate) and was conditional. The purpose of the Ann in April was to announce its now unconditional ( EFA has done its Due diligence) and has been approved. There has been NO CHANGE in the 'purpose" of the loan.
