If the banks will not loan them money then hands down this is going into administration within 15 years.
A commercial loan shows confidence in longer term economics.
The government is all about virtue signalling on an already heavily subsidised green energy dream.
Government actions like this are why countries can end up as total economic basket cases like Argentina.
It can happen here.
