Well Liverpool you are right, people will moan eventhough directors put up cash that goes to the company for drilling. They can easily buy on market without waiting for shareholder approval (which they have been doing in any case), but at least this way money goes to the company.
How is it filling their own pockets? Money is going out of their pockets LOL!
If you are not happy then just vote no for them to participate, but then there would probably be complaints again, probably not enough cash to drill then moaning again on why can't we complete the drilling, etc, etc.
Just like to point out again, Parag has exceptional grades and lots of drilling done before, you can easily calculte the amount of copper there is - see one of my previous posts. Only problem is that it is not JORC compliant so they can't release to market, and what they have mentioned is they will just be drilling literally next to the previous holes and voila you get the same results, or very close that is JORC compliant and can be released.
