I have always been curious about the sophisticated investors - as surely they would do their research. Also YPB is also too small for them because the company is simply not big enough for someone with a multi-million dollar portfolio since if it made up a meaningful portion of their portfolio they would become a substantial holder, and would find it very difficult to get out of if they changed their minds.

I wouldn't put too much faith in sophisticated investors ability to get it right as they've been wrong for the last dozen capital raisings in a row. I would also respectfully suggest that a well thought out rationale for buying is likely to lead to far better results than relying on a feeling.
