Also looks like JH was forced to take up shares to get the CR over the line.
The CR has occurred before the end of the quarter, so in six weeks we will see the cash position of YPB after all the costs and interest to JH have been paid out. I suspect you are right about another capital raising being required this year, either that or another JH related party transaction where he lends cash to YPB at an exorbitant interest rate.
Anyone prepared to make a guess at the revenue for the quarter? Will it be below 100k for the third quarter in a row?
