I was only just thinking on this regarding cap raises in general. Rights issue pulls share price back to offer price, which is an over-reaction as the dilution does not warrant such a fall. You could just pick up at the lower price, however that would nullify the point of the raising for the business. I figure to take the offer and top up at market for any over-subscription I may be thinking of.
