The body ore is aplite meaning it is easier to crush float etc and maintain a higher Li level. Portuguese mines are from this source as were Altura tenements.
There have been some very positive results coming from companies drilling around other SYA tenements in the Pilbara.
A new industrial park is being built near Port Hedland using green hydrogen(BP) to convert spod into Li Sulphate for TVL. Posco are there too.
A Port Hedland Lithium Hub delivering an intermediary Li product for conversion to LiOH, Carbonate, or no conversion for Europe and Asia.
It certainly will reduce transport costs and carbon emissions than tonnes of spod.
There is still plenty of growth waiting there in the OZ tenements.
