Sophisticates put their hands up for 18 million worth shares at 65c so i wouldn't say not supported. Point is they thought it was a good deal considering we were trading in a band from circa 80-95c for months. So what changed?? I have my views on that will see what happens in a couple of weeks when this is all finalised and shares all issued.
They raised the capital for good reasons so not a garbage raising Haldon was a good addition to our business and performance is good indeed. From todays releases regarding haldon management achieved 120% of its FY21 EBITDA target which is a fabulous result and as such the vendors are entitled to an increased earnout payment.
