That's the risk any ceo takes with raises do you do a heavy raise now and dilute or do a small raise now in hopes lithium prices recover, but risk prices going lower. They're trying to stem the bleeding its out of their control and it would paint a completely different picture if mgmt hadn't put so much of their own money in. LKE is prime example of scumbag leadership and GLN has shown different
