So, saying the cash raise is to fund development of Akida 2.0 and TENNS and related products is really saying "we need the funds to top-up the bank to keep us alive until we close a deal or two." What else would the people in the R&D department be doing?
But, better than saying "we are running out of money, and we need cash to keep the lights on."
As for the 4C - good idea burying it in amongst a bunch of other announcements.
BRN was listed to teach investors the meaning of the word "eternity."
