Good for you Jibbo! Its not complaining, its calling out non-performance from a woefully inept management group, that to date, has failed to deliver.
I would suggest you keep clapping in the peanut gallery, you're doing a great job. We both have shares, spiralling downward and you think thats great, as well the level of IR must also be great, according to you!

If a shareholder group accepts missteps and lack of progress, THATS WHAT WE GET, from the BOM.

Clap away and rather than having a crack at someone expressing an opinion on a forum, perhaps you should resolve yourself to keep cheering on the lack of results.
