It's written to take the focus off finding deals (which obviously, is proving elusive).
And the lame "we heard you" - they've thrown us a bone being able to buy shares in a CAP raise at much the same price as buying on market.
Hopefully, BRN will make a hump-dinger announcement before the offer period closes and then it will be worthwhile.
