I think KEN has a lot to answer to for this appalling management to raise capital.
they should have allowed it to be calculated as a discount on the average price in the days leading up to closing the SPP.
that is capital raising 101. By announcing so early what the price was they opened themselves up to dowwnward pressure so they will now have to announce next week that the SPP was UNDERSUBSCRIBED. Embarrassing to say the least. KEN has done some terrible deals over the years that I’ve been invested. I think he needs to be held “ accountable” pun intended.
I think KEN has a lot to answer to for this appalling management...
