The stock price was a 4 – 5% discount based on the last price and vWAP. It was underwritten and closed as soon as it was announced – shares have been issued.
The company offered shareholders action at the same minimal discount as the ‘insto’s”. The SPP to investors was a token gesture and no one sensible will take it up. It had to be at the same price as CR otherwise the inst would ask for an amended price for a lower SPP.
I doubt Ken had anything to really do with CR as someone had to negotiate the 19.3c share price and that is not Kens strength. The company looked after itself first and the Shareholders 2nd
