They have 12 months to land some deals and raise at much higher prices… can kicked down the road, might be full of you know what, or something worthwhile might come of it.
clue may lie in the very small discount in this cap raise, suggests that the new investors were very confident that something would eventuate shortly, can’t think of any other reason why they would settle for such a small discount (should be closer to 10-12%).
