Astonishing; how does issuing 7% more shares ($2M) increase the value of the company by 25% (the difference in share price) ? It's either an instant arbitrage profit to anyone who bought below 5.5 or the investor has overpaid in the anticipation of future outcomes.... or is there more to it?
