To be fair this is a fantastic move by OLV. It may dilute us all to crap but better we stay in the game with some equity rather than end up closing the doors. As a few have mentioned discussing this stock, if the capital is there then take it. Also good to get a new NED. Hopefully the board removes one of the other NED's rather than have a board that's far too big for the company. 7 cents seems too expensive and quite unbelievable that the new NED is willing to pay 8 cents but good news for OLV investors. From the looks the new NED wont put in all the money himself, it will be via clients of his otherwise he would have just come in via the placement. Now there's some cash I think it's time to make the necessary changes to the executive management and board. I wouldn't be surprised if the new investor is only coming on if management changes.
