They certainly do have a suite of great prospects.
They've been hit with a double whammy.
1) The market hates delays, hates them, so when it was reported the labs are running behind which caused significant delays for results, the market does what it does and drove the share price down. 2) Then the raise at 7.2 cents was also going to offer an opportunity for the market to drive it down to the raise price. Not many companies raise cash and don't see their share price tumble to and even below the raise price.
He said of a raise - "you don't want to let the market know in advance" - however I reckon the lab delay cost them dearly because the share price dropped as a result of that and they found themselves negotiating finance at a significantly lower share price.
