This is what I like about this deal:-
"Placement Shares will be priced equal to the higher of 95% of the:
(a) average of five daily VWAPs of shares chosen by L1 Capitalfrom the daily VWAPs during the Pricing Period; or
(b) Minimum Acceptable Price, as nominated by Chimeric."
Not giving us the full $30 million at $0.10 and then dilute existing shareholders shares.
To be honest, I have never seen such a deal before.
So as our share price goes up, we will get a higher CR price.
We will probably start climbing towards the end of June when people stop selling for tax losses.
