If the data for any of the programs are good, I wouldn't be surprised if they partnered up with another biotech/pharma company looking to expand their portfolio to the CAR-T, CAR-NK space and are willing to pay an upfront free with milestone payments as it moves through development.

This would be an ideal de-risking - yes we lose the potential profits that may be generated, but at an early stage, this would provide confidence in the programs that are invested on.

I don't think the team will agree to a buyout and I don't think pharma will be focused on a buyout as CHM has multiple programs and does not work from a platform technology to generate their programs.
