I'm heavily invested too and was surprised that the SML did not bear more fruit. But reading through the Corporate Presentation- Peak themselves
say that the application has been approved and the next steps involve Formal granting of the SML. Regardless of what people read elsewhere-
I do believe it has yet to come FORMALY. As unpleasant as the SP is now at least we are cashed up for the next phase, which I believe will bring a bright future. IMO
