I think it was done simply because they are running out of cash and the WES $ may be delayed.
May also miss cost guidance - I dont know - but its def a cash crunch.
Which is a shame given the great work and deal they did to get WES deal.
Also i assume done to keep everything going. An option might have been to stop all expl etc and wait for Riverina $ to start but opted to keep things going.
I think it was done simply because they are running out of cash...
