It's concerning to me that they haven't explain the approval delay but also suggest February is likely. They do that by basing a renewed timeline on an assumption of February approval which is even more worrying. The EPBC public portal is still showing 'Awaiting information' which suggests it hasn't proceeded to the Minister for approval yet which could mean we're months away from an approval.
Is the February talk purely to support the capital raising? I hope not.
