No @burgo33 you are not alone there; I didn't expect a 1 for 1. In reality had they given institutions only a shot at it then would be in the same position. My preference would have been finance and a higher loan makeup so I will be looking at 50% dilution and a comparative loss of .025/share in immediate opportunity. The .275 current price is likely to drop at market open so maybe less than .025/share. Earnings and growth/share is more my concern now the shareholding has doubled
