It’s a bit of a balancing act imo. More debt reduces share value dilution but with interest rates so high it does burden them wit significant interest charges.
All in all, whilst annoying that we are experiencing dilution, they have reduced the cost of borrowing and we do have the ability to top up on market at reasonable rates.
