I have bought some on market but will let my allocation go to underwriter,it was a lot of money for me and what swayed me most was the two other placements i have been envolved with recently ORA (not taken and still under offer price) and EVN offered to insitutions @$3.80 and sold to us shareholders @$3.07 and under that price as i type,so a little concerned and will try the Squirrel method and buy more at some stage hopefully under 25C.
