Unlikely call, we're talking about professional investors here.
Sustained demand for the stock will come from index inclusion which hopefully isnt too far away. They should raise more cash to be even more confident they'll make it in on the next rebalance.
VAS alone has $14.58bn in it, so anyone enjoying asx300 inclusion can expect meaningful demand for their shares from passive index tracking ETFs and managed funds.
