BCI did similar capital raising a few years back - same scenario. Shareholders have their capital diluted so institutional investors can spend super contributions etc at discount thanks to shareholders.
somce last enthusiastic capital raise the shares dipped… Until recently when they though wow it’s wc up a bit let’s use the goodwill to water down again rinse and repeat. Will I be participating? Heck no. I will wait for the dust to settle then but back in at 20 cents until they do the same pattern all over again.
