I am a soph investor and have participated in CR'S and what you’re describing is not how it works and in the two I’ve participated in over the last 18 months in which only vague/approx guidance of what the money will be spent on provided to myself and the market, It comes down to an exercise of trust in the relationship With your broker.

why participate and sell out for a couple of pips if the logic says hang on a sec LRS might be at $.32-$.35 by June and who knows by end of year as they could well be sitting on a significant lithium deposit aside from all their other assets. so if I got a placement of 250 K for example at $.16 and I’m thinking jeez this could be at $.75 by December 1 or $35 - $40 cents in July For what reason would I want to exit at $.20 Or 22 or 25 in the next few weeks

And I’ll ask a question to anybody who reads his post should they wish to reply but I was thinking back to all CR announcements I’ve seen across all of the stocks I invest in over the last few years and I cannot recall a single CR announcement as good as this one... so the question is, can anyone think of CR announcement that they’ve seen that compares or is better than what we saw today?
