You live in fairy land (IMO) if you think-
a- the Exec chairman has a leash;
b- the results you see today were created in the past few weeks/months. They are a result of the effort of the Exec Management team doing their job and delivering quality coal into a solid market- that hasn't been achieved overnight, but a sustained long term effort by many people supported by shareholders.
