Yeah, what a promising end to a week, totally unexpected turn of events all round from my point of view, and has me feeling much happier about sitting on these long term (always good to have a strategy AND feel happy about it simultaneously!)
December only 2 weeks away so I'd assume within 2-4 weeks we will have site selection.
