I think this is an extremely positive announcement.

RAC was approach by these 3 influential investors to take or increase their interest
On the RAC Register - their presence will add weight and attract other people of influence
$3M / 5M shares only ... so insignificant capital dilution
Provides RAC with $$$ to process 5-path strategy whilst not worrying about funds - announcement states more news on this soon
$0.60 price based on 15 trading day VWAP ... understandable. Lower than what I / we would ideally like. Seem like a charity gift to already wealthy people. I am OK given that the allocation was low. Their authority and influence is worth substantially more than a few extra dollars in the raising.

Overall, I think it is very positive and should be well received by the market.
