"High calibre new investors." I guess the $64 thousand dollar question is will the calibre of the investors make the price worthwhile, that is, will we get good value from having them on board, guess we'll know soon enough. One of the issues that's continuously raised is why more people don't know about RAC. This could certainly assist to address that. Overall a positive in my eyes, SP will tell us what the market thinks.
