Ann: A$40 Million Share Placement with Strong Support, page-78

Good morning. First post on Hot Copper.

I bought a swag of ARU in December after watching a conference presentation on the advice of a mate whose also a very commited investor. I intend to take as much as I can get in the share purchase plan. 12 cents is above my December entry price but not by too much. I think ARU has a great future in a market that's exploding and with China on the nose.

I have two questions, would appreciate if others can help with answers.
Is ARU's modern manufacturing initiative grant still alive? The reason I ask this is if it is then that's potentially half the front end engineering costs paid for, maybe $15 m or $20 m.
Will ARU's directors take up their entitlement? Do they normally do this? This would give shareholders a lot of confidence..
