Good point, so who payed the recent $5.6 million? And why aren't they above a 5% holding? Or are they and they don't need to release that immediately? Do they have 14 days before they need to announce that their holdings is over the 5% mark of all shares? Im guessing we will get notified soon enough of a new substantial holder.
