Just for the record. I'm a client with CPS and know the guys well. They are still very much the major shareholders along with a lot of clients and myself. They encouraged us not sell.
The guys are just a phonecall away if you ever need confirmation. I've called them plenty of times in the past and always found them very accommodating.
