re: Ann: A$50 Million Crystallisation of Valu... Be over joyed for an in-specie distribution of MNC shares. I don't know if Rod will want to relinquish the 13.3% voting rights to MNC. However at some stage he may realise it would be a lot more adventageous financially for him to own MNC direct than through TKG, so you never know. Los Calatos was the reason I stayed in TKG hoping they would do an MNC and takeover 100% of Hampton. Obviously they weren't smart enough or had the resources. Been slowly accumulating MNCO's as funds permit.
