Been in for a few years also now and nothing has happened other than nearly going broke. They don't have enough cash to develop the other assets. Need to do a Cap Raising or sell some MNC shares. Hope they don't sell the MNC shares as there is probably more value there than the combined total other assets.
I would be supprised to see any great improvement in the share price if TKG re-lists. What has TKG really got? A stake in MNC and some small African assets. You would be better off buying MNC shares direct opposed to getting exposure through TKG.
Still can't help feeling that the directors missed an opportunity. We probably would have been better off if the directors had got MNC to takeover TKG to get 100% control of Hampton rather than swap Hampton shares for MNC shares. MNC seem to have no problem raising cash unlike TKG.
