Agree Coto, the raising size and discount shows this is a quality asset.
PDI now sits with approx $63m after raising costs. A very strong position. A shame timing wise, they did not do the raising 2-3 weeks ago. My guess is it would have been closer $0.21-22. But either way, PDI is not free to ramp up exploration and potentially... start organizing long lead items, though.... I think the market needs 10000% certainty regarding the permitting to start fully valuing this asset.
