There was an update in the quarterly posted 31st October which outlined the time line of the tax dispute. No verdicts are expect until Q2 and Q4 2025.
Let’s face it, I fully expect the share price to tank when it is relisted. At least over the two years there has been some opportunity for the company to restructure and show improvement in the business fundamentals. A year ago the business didn’t have much hope and to relist then would have been the end of the company in my opinion.
At least now I think there is a chance of shareholders sticking around and supporting the company. Will you be one of them?
