I'm not happy about the fall in value of my investment in RAN, but are you serious about who you are pointing your finger at?
You are simply a whining shareholder with no concept of how these Directors have tried to save your bacon.
From my viewpoint, the company has continued to provide full and frank reporting on ITO matters. Are you suggesting they have information they have not reported, as required by their continuous disclosure obligations?
The most significant error RAN made was engaging an audit firm, LNP, that was clearly out of its depth regarding the Indonesian landscape and its professional responsibilities. It led ASX and others on a disastrous decision-making path that has cost all shareholders and the company dearly.
Please tell me how the Directors of RAN can be accused of anything other than crazy love for their company by offering an unsecured debt facility for absolutely bugger-all remuneration accompanied by unfettered risk.
Oh, and while you are at it, please tell me how much each Director of RAN has been paid in cash remuneration since 2020. Let me remind you, $0.
Yes, the company has failed to secure a significant improvement in sales, but with extremely limited growth capital and a spurious ITO matter hanging over them, how would you have moved the company forward? Oh, and to remind you, these tax matters relate to 2018, when the company was run by a total bunch of hacks who pillaged the company of all its cash and had no regard for shareholders.
This company has been saved by the careful administration of its Board, which was appointed early in 2020. Its costs have been slashed, and its COGs have been reduced. Its sales have improved, but not by enough.
You are entitled to your democratic viewpoint but try to make it factual.
