Mr_Delta, you are spot on. I couldn't agree with you more! For Magna to change the terms of the current funding to this and punt $5mil on future profits is HUGE! It would have only happened if the DD was solid and they liked what they saw and heard from the customers. I cant believe people are winging on the 7.5% factor> Ask yourselves Who of you would punt $5 mil on a company with $8 mil MC and no operations and in this climate for IO, unless this $5mil could become $25 or $50 mil.
Nice 1 Ced, if this does not re-rate the stock I don't know what will.
